Bride & Groom documentation:

• Copy of the Valid Passport
• Blood Test: taken here in Cozumel (AIDS, blood type and STD)
• Copy of the tourism card(This is received upon entrance into the Country)
• Tourism card number (FMT received upon entrance into the country)
• Valid ID photos

Witnesses’ documentation:

Four witnesses (two witnesses each) must be over the age of 18 and present the following documents:

• Copy of the tourism card(FMT received upon entrance into the Country)
• Copy of valid passport or photo ID
