Bride & Groom documentation:

• Valid Passport
• Blood Test: taken here in Cozumel (if you would like to take them in your own country, they will need to be certified by a doctor in Mexico for a charge. Tests needed: Blood Type, VDRL and AIDS. Tests need to be taken within 20 days of the wedding date.
• Tourism card number (FMT received upon entrance into the Country)
• Tourism card number (FMT received upon entrance into the country)
• Valid ID photos

Witnesses’ documentation:

Four witnesses (two witnesses each) must be over the age of 18 and present the following documents:

• Tourism card number (FMT received upon entrance into the Country)
• Copy of valid passport or photo ID
